Simplisafe app won't connect to base station - Base station froze and couldn’t connect with keypads. I Had an issue this morning where the keypads both said they lost connection to the base station, had to disarm from the app. They wouldn’t connect and just said install in progress. The base station had a solid white light and would register any sensors opening.
