The CDI on the Rebel 250 generates its own EM pulse that gets amplified by the coils. What you are running is a total loss lighting/starting system. These and other problems seem to be the result of over-engineering the electronics on the new Odys. Why did Honda have to load virtually everything onto the computer system and also include so many options on every electronic feature. If you are within your 3 years 36K warranty given that you have a 2020, you can get a free battery from Honda under warranty. Have the dealer test the charging system..
