Try pressing and holding the RIO button while you turn on the PTO. The PTO solenoid should read 8.5 Ohms, should have 12V on the other yellow side with the PTO engaged (seat up, engine on, 540 selected on lower right side, and knob pulled). Don't see where the JD belts are overly expensive. $33 for 60" link belt at HF, so need 12+ feet, or $99 worth if can't buy by the foot (cheaper if using a coupon). They are just under $60 per JD belt if ordered through Amazon or from the Deere dealer. The seat switch doesn't seem to be working (like it won't shut off the machine when you get off the seat.)but don't know If that's related.
